I am an advocate for non-violence in AI, consumer, health and justice systems.

I adopt the World Health Organization definition of violence as my standard.

My philosophy and thinking is informed by degrees in arts, law and bioethics amongst other influences.

I follow a Quaker philosophy of living which includes Simplicity, Peace, Integrity, Community, Equality and Stewardship,

I have lived experience in domestic violence, medical harm, religious coercion and state violence.

I support The Smith Family Digital Learning Essentials program for children experiencing poverty to receive digital tools for a successful education.

Neither of my parents were provided with an opportunity to complete Year 12. One parent became entrapped in domestic servitude while their brother became a successful radiographer. My other parent spent time in a children’s orphanage following a divorce prior to the Family Law Act 1975.
