Some medical practitioners deliberately inflict violence on others with criminal intent.
This was evident in the recent Four Corners episode God Complex involving a prominent neurosurgeon.
The Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) exists for a reason, that is, to protect the public from unethical and/or criminal conduct which violates human rights laws.
I welcome new laws which allow AHPRA to name practitioners to keep the public safe.
